Create a group

Create a private group and choose how members can join it.

Before you start

Choose a clear group name and description. The free group capacity is 10 members.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Groups.
2. Tap Create Group or Create Your First Group.
3. Complete Group Name and Group Description.
4. Choose Community Size.
5. Add an optional Access Code and email invitations.
6. Complete the creation flow.

An access code can use A–Z, 0–9 and a dash, and must contain 4–12 characters.

Android

1. Open Groups.
2. Tap ⊕ Create Group.
3. Complete Group Name, Group Description and Community Size.
4. Set an Access Code if required.
5. Tap Create.

Android’s email-invite field is not currently a verified sending feature. Share the access code yourself.

What happens next?

The group appears under Groups. As owner, you can edit its details and create a supported challenge.

Troubleshooting

If creation fails, check required fields, code format, network access and group-capacity availability.
