Join a group using a code

Use the access code supplied by the group owner to join their group.

Before you start

Sign in to YuBeFit and copy the complete code. Codes are treated as uppercase.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Groups.
2. Tap Join via Code.
3. Enter the access code.
4. Tap Join.

You may also see a matching email invitation under Invitations. Tap Join to accept it.

Android

1. Open Groups.
2. Tap Join via Code.
3. Enter the access code.
4. Confirm the join action.

Android’s Invitations area is not currently a working invitation inbox, so use a code.

What happens next?

The group appears in Groups. Current group challenges may include members automatically; there is no separate public Join Challenge step.

Troubleshooting

Ask the owner to confirm the current code. A changed code, invalid code or full group will prevent joining.
