Only the group owner can edit or permanently delete a challenge.
Edit a challenge
- Open the owner controls on the challenge card.
- Choose Edit Challenge.
- Make the allowed changes.
- Tap Save.
Before the start, the full setup can be changed. After the challenge starts, the metric, strategy and start date are locked. You can change the title or details and extend—but not shorten—the end date.
Delete a challenge
Use the delete or trash action. Where shown, confirm the warning that deletion cannot be undone.
Platform notes
iPhone and iPad show Delete Challenge? before permanent deletion. Android’s group-level delete flow shows Delete this challenge for the group? This cannot be undone. Avoid the separate composer delete action because its confirmation is not consistent.
What happens next?
A saved challenge updates for the group. A deleted challenge is removed permanently.
