Create and manage a group event

Set up a group event on iPhone or iPad and understand the current Android limitation.

Current end-to-end group event support is available on iPhone and iPad.

Before you start

You must own the group. Event creation is capacity-tier dependent and is shown when there is no current active event.

iPhone and iPad

Open the group owner actions and tap Create Group Event.
Under Set Up, add the image, creator, details and dates.
Optionally add a YouTube playlist and up to five saved workouts.
Tap Create.
To change it later, open Edit Group Event, make changes and tap Save.

Members can open the event in Group Hub and tap Join.

Android

Android can currently save basic event information, but the app does not provide a complete member-facing list, open, edit or join flow. Do not create an Android event expecting members to manage it in the app.

What happens next?

On iPhone and iPad, the event card appears in the Group Hub.

Troubleshooting

YuBeFit events do not provide ticketing, payment, attendance exports, calendar export or a verified reminder service.
